Payroll Services
Our payroll services program, or Tri-Out, enables you to refer a worker of your choice to us for employment at your company through Triad.  We withhold and pay all payroll taxes, provide workers' compensation, liability insurance, and payment of all unemployment and workers' compensation claims.  This allows Triad's clients to reduce payroll costs and staff, and is particularly effective for companies with seasonal workforce demands.  With payroll services you get the staffer you have selected, pay a reduced rate and are exempted from our buyout policy.  Click here to learn more about our Tri-Out Program.

Temp-to-Hire
Not sure if someone will be a perfect fit?  Try using our traditional temp-to-hire program.  A person begins working for you while still on our payroll.  You can then evaluate the person on-the-job and they get to try you out as well!  Neither of you is taking a major risk - you incur no unemployment liability or the costs associated with placing someone onto your payroll.  The candidate is still working for Triad, so if things don't work out they can be placed elsewhere.  When everything turns out to be "just right," your new employee can, after they have completed 520 hours of employment on Triad's payroll, transfer to your payroll and benefits package.

Often it makes more sense to have a new employee on your own payroll and benefits package immediately.  However, searching for qualified candidates can be time consuming and expensive.  Let Triad help!  With our broad pool of professionals, we can act as, or with, your human resources department to find and screen the right people for the job.  Fees are based on a variety of factors - call and speak with a Triad Staffing Coordinator for details.

Experienced Staffing Coordinators
Our Staffing Coordinators work as a team to support you by evaluating, interviewing and selecting applicants to fulfill your employment needs.  We ensure your needs are met through:

Interviewing ~ in-depth interviews done on a one-on-one basis
Testing ~ individually performed based on skills and job interests
Reference Checks ~ we confirm every staffer's prior work performance
Arrival Verifications ~ these are made within 1 hour of the scheduled start time of each new assignment
Quality Control Calls ~ a call is made to obtain feedback on the staffer's performance.  If you are dissatisfied within the first 2 hours of the staffer's assignment, we will replace the staffer and we will not bill you for that time

On-Call Coverage

24-hour answering service
If necessary, a Staffing Coordinator will attempt to replace the staffer immediately, providing coverage for existing job orders

Employing People with Disabilities
People with disabilities make up a pool of talented and skilled workers that can be an effective resource for any business.  Triad works closely with organizations such as Vermont State Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and Vermont Association of Business, Industry and Rehabilitation (VABIR) to provide qualified people with disabilities as workers for our clients.  We have developed a way for employers to try out these workers, without risk and without paying an agency fee.  Click here to learn more about the VABIR Temp-to-Hire Program.

Assessment Tools
Triad offers a complete evaluation screening process which assesses the candidates' abilities in areas such as:  production, office/clerical, accounting, hardware, and software.  

Triad uses several personal computers at its Williston office for testing and training temporary workers.  Triad also invites client companies to use these facilities to upgrade their own employees' skills, free of charge, as space and time permits.
