Customer Service Specialist:  Full-time, temporary position in Colchester.  Will be responsible for accessing various database systems to research and validate information.  This consists of identifying discrepancies and working with various groups to resolve those issues.  Will create project documentation necessary to support the placement of various telecommunications services.  This position requires working with internal and external customers.  Background check and drug screening will be performed prior to start date.  (order ID: 559K)

Qualifications:  Must have excellent customer service skills; must have excellent oral and written communication skills; must be highly organized; must have the ability to handle multiple priorities in a short timeframe; must be proficient in the use of personal computers as well as MS Office Suite; must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening

Bilingual Customer Service Specialist:  Full-time, long-term temporary position in Colchester.  The Customer Services Specialist (CSS) provides a combination of customer management and operational support related service to client projects and/or on-going service offerings. The CSS is a "generalist" that performs a wide range of duties to any one or multiple functional areas (Financial Assurance, Engineering Provisioning or other operational projects as required) as business conditions dictate.

Central to the role of a CSS is the delivery of exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external constituents with quality and a sense of urgency at the forefront.  The CSS lends high quality support to projects as required through performance of one or more of the following functions and duties:
- Participate in the coordination of telecommunications service delivery-related duties
- Tracking all new service and transport orders from order request to customer activation and/or support billing analysis and validation activities,
- Processing correspondence including the production of reports and project-related materials and communications with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain regular contact and communication with a customer or multiple customers, vendors, carriers or adjoining disciplines within the company to ensure smooth flow of communication between all parties; 
- Research and validate customer data in order to fulfill project deliverables (such as customer registration, and customer inventory / billing information) in both internal and external systems;
- Perform data entry into internal and external databases;
- Maintain and organize customer data and work lists for multiple customers.

Candidates must be fluent in French (assessments will be given) and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening test.  This position is expected to begin in June or July 2013.  (order ID: 55MV)  

Qualifications:  Must have the ability to speak fluent French (assessments will be given);
- Must have at least two years of recent experience in a business customer service setting;
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Must be highly organized;
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities in short time frames;
- Must be very proficient in the use of personal computers and Office Application Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

Accounting Assistant/Production Planner/Inventory Control:  Full-time, multi-faceted position in Burlington.  Essential duties and responsibilities of Accounting Assistant include, but are not limited to:
 
- Responsible for maintaining vendor records;
- Responsible for reviewing, verifying, and obtaining approvals for invoices;
- Sort, code and enter accounts payable;
- Responsible for following up on outstanding PO receipts and rejects;
- Responsible for resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies;
- Process daily cash receipts;
- Process daily credit card payments;
- Process weekly cash disbursements;
- Process warehouse stock move transactions;
- Assist accounting department with data entry, filing, and additional duties as needed

Essential responsibilities of Production Planner/Inventory Control include, but are not limited to:

- Perform manufacturing scheduling analysis to develop production schedule for assigned product lines;
- Maintain MRP/manufacturing parameters for assigned product line including quarterly review of forecast;
- Reconcile inventory as required;
- Monitor scrap and rework for assigned product lines;
- Establish priorities for production work orders;
- Generate all paperwork associated with production schedule;
- Work closely with Production supervisors on inventory

Pay is based on experience.  Must be able to pass a criminal background check.  (order ID: 55MS)

Qualifications:  Must have Associates degree (A.S.) from a two-year college or university, equal related experience in Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Must have experience using an ERP system
- Understanding of manufacturing bills of material is essential
- Must possess intermediate proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook; must be able to demonstrate these skills upon
