Staff Accountant:  One person needed to perform accounting work at a local South Burlington firm.  Duties and qualifications include, but are not limited to:  Experience in accounting operations arena (specifically customer invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable); above-average Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel and if possible, MS Access; good troubleshooting skills (e.g. customer billing matters); comfortable in deadline-focused business office environment; experience working with automated business systems.  Creating reports and billings will be required as well as processing receivables; knowledge of payables would be a plus.  This position is expected to last approximately two months and has the potential to become permanent, but that is not guaranteed.  (order ID: 554M)

Bookkeeper/Office Manager:  Full-time, temporary position in Burlington for an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager.  The bookkeeper/office manager is responsible for the billing of customers, account management and debt collection, payment of supplier bills, bank reconciliations and generation of monthly reports.  In addition, this position is responsible for shipping and receiving, as well as overall office management.  Duties include, but are not limited to: answering the telephone; debt collection via phone, letter and email; recording supplier payments and office expenses in QuickBooks; reconciliation of all bank and loan accounts; prepare shipping documents for customer orders as required; receive shipments and process paper.  (order ID: 554L)

Qualifications  Must have 3 years’ experience as a bookkeeper, preferably using QuickBooks; must be self-directed, highly motivated, and reliable; must possess excellent organizational skills; must have excellent computer skills including Word and Excel; must be able to analyze and resolve problems; must be able to work effectively with all individuals and groups within the organization

Technical Illustrator:  Full-time, temporary position in Williston for an experienced Technical Illustrator.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

- Reading engineering drawings to create exploded illustrations (this will include assembly, disassembly, operation, installation, and maintenance)

- Applying graphic technologies and techniques to the creation of technical illustrations used in manuals

- Ensuring compliance of product with commercial, government, and organizational standards and specifications

This position is expected to last at least two months.  Pay is based on experience.  (order ID: 554D)

Qualifications:  Must possess the ability to translate Engineering drawings and documents into graphical illustrations; must be able to use a variety of standard methods and techniques while adhering to commercial, government or internal specifications; proficiency in using the software IsoDraw (minimum of one year experience); must possess excellent communication skills and a team player attitude

IT Help Desk Support:  Part-time, temporary position in Williston for an experienced IT Help Desk Support person.  Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Installing, configuring, and upgrading Windows XP / Dell workstations

- Installing, configuring, and supporting software, patches and service packs on employee computers

- Installing, configuring, and supporting printers and office machines

- Documenting or updating current documentation for network, system, and application configurations

- Utilizing system monitoring software to gauge network and systems availability

- Reviewing system logs for errors

- Adding and/or deleting user accounts, email accounts, file permissions, etc.

- General computer/device connectivity issue resolution

Schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30-5pm, and there will be 24 hours notice of any additional shifts required.  This position is expected to last approximately two months.  (order ID: 554C)

Qualifications:  Must have help desk experience; knowledge of report writing in Microsoft Excel, Access, and/or Crystal Reports; knowledge of programming languages (VB, C++, C#, ASP, PHP); knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite and related protocols and applications (FTP, HTTP, DNS, WINS), Storage Area Network, VMWare ESXi, Exchange 2007, SQL 2008

Electrical Engineer/Draftsperson: Temporary position available for an experienced Electrical Engineer/Draftsperson to apply electrical knowledge to support power system design projects with main focus in drafting.  Some travel will be required.  Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

-         Support the Electrical Controls Engineer in developing, field testing, and manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of electrical/ mechanical equipment, and the components in power systems

-         Work on design, layout and specifications of power system projects.

-         Prepare standard industry electrical drawings in conjunction with and under direction of engineering staff.

-         Oversee the final installation of power system equipment and components.

-         Assist in troubleshooting power system failures while in the field and via remote communication.

-         Provide technical assistance to field techs remotely when troubleshooting power system failures.


Qualifications:  Must have Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or extensive experience in electrical drafting; minimum three years’ work experience; must possess advanced computer skills with proficiency in AutoCad; must possess broad knowledge in construction methods, practices, schedules, logistics and budgets; must be able to work extended work schedules as required, supporting the project execution plans and schedules; must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing; must be able to pass a security clearance investigation
