One person needed to perform accounting work at a local South Burlington
firm. Duties and qualifications
include, but are not limited to: Experience
in accounting operations arena (specifically customer invoicing, accounts
receivable, accounts payable); above-average Microsoft Office Skills, especially
Excel and if possible, MS Access; good troubleshooting skills (e.g. customer
billing matters); comfortable in deadline-focused business office environment;
experience working with automated business systems.
Creating reports and billings will be required as well as processing
receivables; knowledge of payables would be a plus.
This position is expected to last approximately two months and has the
potential to become permanent, but that is not guaranteed.

Manager:
Full-time, temporary position in Burlington for an experienced
Bookkeeper/Office Manager. The
bookkeeper/office manager is responsible for the billing of customers, account
management and debt collection, payment of supplier bills, bank reconciliations
and generation of monthly reports. In
addition, this position is responsible for shipping and receiving, as well as
overall office management. Duties
include, but are not limited to: answering the telephone; debt collection via
phone, letter and email; recording supplier payments and office expenses in
QuickBooks; reconciliation of all bank and loan accounts; prepare shipping
documents for customer orders as required; receive shipments and process paper.

Desk Support person. Duties will

employee computers -
Installing, configuring, and supporting printers and office machines -
Documenting or updating current documentation for network, system, and
application configurations -
Utilizing system monitoring software to gauge network and systems availability -
Reviewing system logs for errors -
Adding and/or deleting user accounts, email accounts, file permissions, etc. -
General computer/device connectivity issue resolution Schedule
is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30-5pm, and there will be 24 hours notice of

Work on design, layout and specifications of power
system projects. -
Prepare standard industry electrical drawings in
conjunction with and under direction of engineering staff. -
Oversee the final installation of power system
equipment and components. -
Assist in troubleshooting power system failures
while in the field and via remote communication. -
Provide technical assistance to field techs
remotely when troubleshooting power system failures.
